To schedule an appointment, please call our offices Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Our office telephone number is (210) 223-3246. Same day appointments are available. Please bring ALL medications to every appointment.
Sick Visits
Please call to schedule an appointment before coming to the office. Our providers have set aside appointments every day for urgent office visits, and we make every effort to see sick patients on the same day.
Routine Appointments
These are for management of chronic medical conditions, follow-up visits, lab and X-ray results, physicals, pap smears, and medication refills. Please call at least a week in advance to get the appointment you prefer. We recommend that you make your next follow-up appointment before you leave the office and you should definitely get your preferred appointment time. Please try to have any lab testing drawn at least one week prior to your visit.
New Patients
Because we obtain a comprehensive history on all new patients , we will spend approximately 45 minutes with you .If you are worked in for a same day acute care or sick visit, only that problem will be addressed and you will be given another appointment to address your preventative care and/ or chronic care needs.
Registration
You may download our registration forms in advance, fill them out, and bring them with you when you come for your appointment. Click HERE to access your registration form.
Cancellations
Please notify our office 24 hours in advance if you must cancel an appointment. This allows us to open the schedule for other patients who wish to be seen. We reserve the right to charge a no show fee.
